Residential defaults follow SBI's PM Surya Ghar rooftop loan (5.75% up to ₹2 lakh, 7.90% above, floating and linked to the repo rate). Check the lender's current rate before sending.

The 3–10 kW buttons on Quick quote price each kit at its own ₹ per kWp. Leave a rate blank to use the residential rate under Default rates. Elevated structure and building height extras are added on top.
Invoices
GST is split the same way as each quotation (goods share and rates). Same-state customers get CGST + SGST; other states get IGST. Confirm HSN/SAC codes with your CA. Your GSTIN is under Company details.
Bill analyser rules
State net-metering limits (% of contract load):
Net metering is allowed up to the sanctioned load or 500 kW, whichever is lower (Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, amended 2021); states may set their own limits. Generation per kW uses the BOOT setting (units per kW per month).
BOOT proposals
The loan amount is worked back from the total monthly payments. Services are deducted first; the rest becomes the system price, split into the bill of quantities.
Open access
Use your state's current open access charges from the latest tariff order. Captive and group captive users are exempt from cross-subsidy and additional surcharge while the captive conditions are met.
Sheds
Default rates for new quotes
These fill in new quotes only. Existing quotes keep their own figures.
Cover page
Used on every quote unless a quote has its own site photo. Remove it to go back to the built-in Unite Solar installation photo.
Tap a field to insert it where your cursor is in the last text box you touched. It fills in from each quote automatically.
Team members
Anyone with an @unitesolar.in email can create an account from the sign-in screen (we email them a code to confirm). New accounts start as Salesperson; change the role or switch an account off here. Admins get an email when someone joins.
Salespeople create quotes and see only their own. Admins see every quote and can change settings.
Emails
Put {link} where the customer's link should go: it becomes a "Download your quotation (PDF)" button that downloads their quotation. The link never expires (it stops only if the quote is deleted). A draft that is emailed is marked Sent.
Order confirmation email (on approval)
Uses the fields listed under Cover page, plus {advance}, {bank}, {emi}, {down_payment}, {company_phone} and {company_email}. Emails go from the company mailbox set up on the server, with replies going to the salesperson.
